Arsono Laksmana is the Senior Partner and Head of Surabaya Branch office of Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Achmad, Suharli & Rekan. He has graduated from the University of Airlangga.

He is a Registered Public Accountant and become a member of Indonesia Institute of Accountants and member of Indonesia Association of Certified Public Accountants. His professional certifications are Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).

He is a lecturer at University of Airlangga and is a professor doctor of Economics Faculty of University of Airlangga.

His career began in 1978 as an audit manager with KAP Wijoko Suwandi and later established his own accounting firm KAP Arsono & Jimmy as managing partner in 1987 before joining with PKF Hadiwinata in 2004.

His specialties are in areas of accounting system reviews, general audit, financial due diligence, internal control reviews and initial public offering (go public), right issue, obligation issue of group company from numerous industries including property & real estate, banking & financial institution, hospitality, tourism & travel, contractors, manufacturing, forestry & plantation, mining and timber.

Handriono is a partner of Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Achmad, Suharli & Rekan from Surabaya branch office. He graduated from the University of Airlangga. Starting his career in the office of Mr. Arsono since 1991 as a Senior Auditor, Handriono has worked his way through the ranks, first as an Audit Supervisor, then as an Audit Manager, and as of August 2009 he has been made Partner.

Graduated from University of Widya Mandala, Lidwina joined the office of Mr. Arsono in 1993 as a Junior Auditor. Lidwina had risen through the ranks by becoming an Audit Supervisor, followed by a position as an Audit Manager. After obtaining her CPA registration, Lidwina is now a partner in the firm.

Branch Office. He has more than 8 years of auditing, accounting, and tax consulting experience.

Arief graduated from the University of Surabaya as Bachelor in Accounting, and University of Texas at Arlington as Master of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Indonesia and also gained his CPA from the State of Texas, USA. Since 2014, he is also a Chartered Accountant in Indonesia. Arief is an active lecturer in several universities in Surabaya and an active speaker for college student training with Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant.

Arief assists companies with matters involving accounting system evaluation and tax compliance audit. He has been involved in various group restructuring cases and accounting service outsource for construction company.
