Titik Elsye Dwiyanti is a partner of Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan & Rekan from Surabaya branch office. She has graduated from STIE Malangkucecwara. Titik had risen through the ranks by becoming an Audit Supervisor, followed by a position as an Audit Manager. After obtaining her CPA registration, Titik is now a partner in the firm.

She is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountant (IAI) and Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant (IAPI). Her professional certifications are Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).

Titik specializes in Accounting Services, Tax Services and General Audit. Her industry expertise covers the following areas: Manufacturing, Services, Gas Station, Trading and Hotel.
